Due to the nature of our services, **all payments made to KS Infosoft for our services are non-refundable**. This includes, but is not limited to, payments for:
– Web development services – Mobile application development – Digital marketing services – Enterprise solutions – Any other service offered by KS Infosoft
We encourage our clients to thoroughly review all proposals, project plans, and service agreements before making any payment. Our team is always available to address any concerns or queries prior to the initiation of the project.
**No Cancellation Policy**
Once a service agreement is signed and the project is initiated, **the project cannot be canceled, and payments made are non-refundable**. This policy applies to all ongoing projects, regardless of the project phase or completion status.
In the event that a client wishes to discontinue a project, the project will be deemed complete at the current stage, and no refunds will be issued for any remaining work.
**Project Modifications**
